12+ years in digital marketing across Shanghai, London, and Auckland. Global agency experience, eight-figure media budgets, and a relentless bias toward what the numbers actually say.
I also understand how to embed and leverage AI in key business operational functions , not as a buzzword, but as a practical layer across reporting, content, personalisation, and the systems that keep a business running.
I'm a feminist. The thread through my career is working with and for women, because seeing women succeed is what genuinely drives me. That's where my passion is, and that's the work I want to keep doing.

Joined pre-launch to shape the brand, positioning, and full go-to-market for Marisa Fong's new business coaching platform and community, while also building out Marisa's personal brand. Built the marketing engine, including AI integration, CRM, automation, and performance campaigns, and shipped a dedicated app for members. Secured a partnership with Westpac, one of NZ's major banks, and am currently helping it grow into one of NZ's leading business coaching platforms.

Brought in before launch to build the brand and growth strategy. Owned go-to-market, paid media across Meta and Google, CRM, and full-funnel campaigns. Recruited and led a marketing team across SEO, design, and organic social, driving £1M/month in new business and supporting a 12-person sales team.
